Terms of Service for ReelsRadar

These Terms of Service govern your use of ReelsRadar at https://reelsradar.io and the analytics services we provide. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

ReelsRadar collects publicly available performance metrics for short-form video content on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook. You submit a public profile or post URL; we retrieve and store public metrics such as views, likes, comments, shares and publish dates.

We do not require access to your social media accounts and we do not collect private or non-public data.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You agree not to resell or redistribute the service, attempt to circumvent plan limits, or use the service to violate the terms of the platforms whose public data you track.

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe on a monthly or yearly basis and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal and retain access until the end of the current billing period.

Trials are free and do not require a card. Founding yearly pricing, if purchased, remains locked for as long as the subscription stays active.

Each plan includes a maximum number of tracked videos. When you reach the limit, new videos are not added until you remove existing ones or upgrade. Tracked accounts themselves are unlimited.

We store your name, email, billing identifiers and the public metrics you choose to track. See our Privacy Policy for details on how this data is handled.

The service is provided on an “as is” basis. Third-party platforms may change or restrict public data at any time, which can affect metric availability. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to the address on your account.
